In this Disclaimer, "we", "us" and "EdgeQuant" mean the EdgeQuant service, provided by BOK Research GmbH, at the address published in the Impressum. EdgeQuant is a brand and trade name, not a legal entity.
Your contracting party is BOK Research GmbH. The operator's postal address and contact details, the register court and the commercial register number are published in the Impressum. The VAT identification number will be added there once it has been issued.
This Disclaimer applies to the EdgeQuant website, the EdgeQuant member application ("EQ Autopilot"), and all EdgeQuant content distributed through Discord, Telegram, email, or any other channel.
Sections 1 to 11, 13 and 15 to 18 are risk, status and product information. They apply to everyone who receives our content through any channel, whether or not you pay us anything. Sections 12 and 14 form part of the contractual terms and apply only where a contract exists between you and us; they are incorporated into that contract in accordance with § 305 (2) BGB when you subscribe. If you receive our content without a contract, for example in a public channel, no contractual relationship arises and we owe you no contractual performance.
Please read this document together with our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. If you do not accept what follows, do not use the service.
EdgeQuant is a subscription information and education service. It produces model-generated market analysis and trading signals for a fixed set of instruments (currently Nasdaq-100 index futures, gold futures, and Bitcoin perpetual contracts) and distributes them to subscribers, together with educational material about the method and about trading mechanics.
EdgeQuant is not a broker, not a bank, not an investment firm, not an asset manager, and not an investment adviser. Specifically:
The EQ Autopilot application runs on your own computer, authenticates with your own broker or exchange API credentials, and places orders into your own account. Orders travel directly from your machine to your broker.
Our server cannot send a command directly to your account. The signal the application follows (entry, direction, stop, size multiplier and exit time) and which functions are enabled or locked are, however, set by our server. If you switch automation on, the application acts on our signals in your account without asking you each time, including opening a position, closing one, and moving a protective stop while a trade is running. Switching automation on is therefore a decision to let software act unattended on your behalf, and you should treat it as one.
This is not a formality. The service is built so that it cannot constitute personal investment advice, and it is worth stating exactly why.
The content is not personalised. The information carried by a signal is the same for everyone: the same instrument, the same direction, the same entry reference, the same stop level, the same confidence value. What differs between tiers is when it reaches you, which channels it is delivered through, whether you receive scheduling reminders shortly before a scheduled entry or time exit, and what execution tooling you may use. In concrete terms: outside promotional windows, free Preview access receives the same signal cards in our Preview Telegram and Discord channels 120 minutes after they are sent to the paid tiers, and reads them on the website after the same delay (as a voluntary bonus outside the contract, which we can change or end at any time, a connected application may show some of them earlier) (during a promotional window - including the pre-launch window ending 13 October 2026 - Preview may receive channel delivery in real time); result cards after a trade closes are delivered to every tier without a delay, and in the Preview channels after the entry card of the same signal; and scheduling reminders ahead of an entry or a time exit are currently posted to the signal channel shared by Operator and Autopilot members. There is no version of a signal tailored to any individual member.
Delivery to your personal channel is transport, not individualisation. A signal is generated once, for all subscribers, before it is addressed to anyone. The copy that arrives in your application, your direct message, or your channel is identical to every other subscriber's copy. Its content is not selected, filtered, or ordered by reference to you, and no message from us should be read as a statement that a trade is suitable for you.
We do not assess your circumstances. We do not collect, ask for, or assess your income, assets, debts, tax position, investment objectives, time horizon, trading experience, or risk tolerance, and we perform no suitability or appropriateness assessment, because the information needed for one does not exist on our side.
A few narrow flows of operational data do run from the application back to us, and none of them is used to tailor anything. The application also sends a periodic keep-alive ping - whether automation is armed, the application version, the device identifier it generated at installation and the other status fields listed in the Privacy Policy - so that your dashboard can show whether your machine is still running. If you run automated entry, the application reports, for the three instruments we cover, the number of contracts it currently has open, the number of accounts involved, and whether automation is armed, so that your own dashboard can show your open exposure; it also reports the instrument and direction, the reference price, the actual fill price, the resulting gap, and the timestamps of an entry, so that we can measure execution quality. If you are on the Autopilot tier and have consented to automated execution, it also synchronises your completed trades - results in R units, their size relative to your own starting risk, and the entry and exit fill prices - so that your dashboard and, if you publish it, your profile page can be produced. None of this includes your API keys, secrets, passphrases, broker login name or PIN, and account identifiers configured in the application are shortened to their last four characters, or hashed. None of it is read by the model, none of it changes the signal you receive, and none of it is used to size an order or to assess you: the signal exists before this data does, and is identical for every member. What we collect and how long we keep it is described in the Privacy Policy.
No human reviews your situation. Signals are produced by an automated model from market data alone, on a fixed schedule. Nobody at EdgeQuant looks at your account before a signal is generated or sent. If a market-data provider fails, we may enter a price bar manually so that the model can run, and we may correct or withdraw the resulting signal afterwards. Even then the input is market data, not information about you.
The software does not size your orders from your financial situation. EdgeQuant provides a calculator that converts a risk amount into a contract count. When you open it, the application may read your account balance from your broker and pre-fill the capital field as a convenience; the value stays editable, it never leaves your computer, and nothing reaches your orders until you press the button that fixes it as your risk amount. Order placement itself uses only that fixed amount you set. Where the software offers preset risk amounts, for example for the staged rules of a proprietary trading firm account, those are defaults you switch on and can change, not a determination made from your financial situation. Calculation and suggestion are done by the software; the decision and the confirmation are yours.
Every decision that matters is yours. Whether to act on a signal at all, when to act, which instrument to trade, which broker to use, how large a position to take, how much capital to place at risk, whether to run automation, and when to stop using the service, all of this is decided by you alone.
For these reasons, nothing published by EdgeQuant is a personal recommendation, and nothing here constitutes investment advice (Anlageberatung), investment broking (Anlagevermittlung), or portfolio management (Finanzportfolioverwaltung). You should not treat any signal, chart, statistic, message, or educational page as a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any financial instrument.
We operate the service so that it does not require authorisation under the German Banking Act (KWG) or the German Securities Institutions Act (WpIG), and we are not authorised or supervised by BaFin as a bank, investment firm, or financial services institution. We are not a registered or licensed investment adviser, commodity trading adviser, asset manager, or fund manager in Germany or in any other country.
We likewise do not provide any crypto-asset service requiring authorisation under Regulation (EU) 2023/1114 (MiCA) or the German Crypto Markets Supervision Act (KMAG). In particular, we do not provide advice on crypto-assets, we do not receive or transmit orders in crypto-assets, and we do not custody crypto-assets.
Because we are not an authorised institution, the safeguards that exist for authorised institutions do not apply to you: there is no deposit guarantee scheme, no investor compensation scheme, and no BaFin-supervised complaints procedure for regulated financial services covering our relationship with you. Your ordinary rights under consumer protection law, data protection law, and general civil law are unaffected, and section 18 explains how to complain to us.
We have assessed whether our signals constitute investment recommendations within the meaning of Article 3 (1) (35) MAR. The instruments we currently cover are not admitted to trading, and are not derivatives of instruments admitted to trading, on a regulated market or an MTF in the European Union, so the disclosure regime of Article 20 MAR and Delegated Regulation (EU) 2016/958 does not apply to them.
If we add any instrument within that scope, we will publish the disclosures that regulation requires together with each recommendation: the identity and position of the producer, the date and time of production and dissemination, a summary of the methodology and its assumptions, the meaning and planned frequency of the recommendations, and our own interests and conflicts.
Trading exchange-traded futures, derivatives, and crypto-asset contracts carries a high level of risk and is not suitable for everyone. You can lose money, and you can lose it quickly.
Past performance is not indicative of future results. No trading method, including ours, can be expected to keep working indefinitely; market structure changes, and an edge that held historically can weaken or disappear without notice.
We publish more than one kind of number, and they mean different things. Please do not read them as one.
Walk-forward validation figures are simulated, not traded. The multi-year validation shown on the site is computed over historical price data. It is a research result. No money was at risk, no order was ever sent, and no fill ever occurred. Hypothetical results have inherent limitations: they are produced with the benefit of knowing the historical period, and although the walk-forward procedure re-selects and re-fits on a rolling basis specifically to reduce that advantage, it does not eliminate it. Simulated results also cannot capture live liquidity, latency, outages, or the behaviour of a real order book.
The simulation rests on stated assumptions, and assumptions can be wrong. The headline figures are shown net of costs, using the following model, at the broker and exchange rates published as of the date of this document:
The model does not include everything you will pay. It does not deduct your subscription fee, any taxes, any currency conversion cost if your account is not denominated in US dollars, financing or funding-rate payments on perpetual contracts, exchange or platform data fees, or the cost of a proprietary trading firm evaluation. A subscription fee is a fixed cost that reduces a small account's net result far more than a large one's. The commission rates used are those published by one broker for micro contracts; your own broker's schedule will differ. Fee schedules change; when they do, we recompute the figures and update this paragraph, and the assumptions in force are always the ones shown alongside the figures on the site.
We also publish alternative cost scenarios, including an optimistic case with no slippage and a stress case that multiplies the slippage assumption several times over: currently four times the tick assumption for the futures, and a substantially larger multiple for the crypto assumption. The exact multipliers are stated on the results page itself, where they are computed from the figures actually in use.
The slippage figure is an assumption, not a measurement. Since August 11, 2026 we have been recording the gap between the reference price and the actual fill in order to replace that assumption with measured data. Those measurements come from orders placed through EQ Autopilot, the operator's own and those of members running automated entry, and are recorded without account numbers, balances, or monetary amounts, as described in section 2 and in the Privacy Policy. Until enough samples accumulate, the published figures remain assumption-based, and they may change when the measurement replaces the assumption.
The tested period is not the same for every instrument, because usable data history differs: the equity-index study begins in 2014 and the gold study in 2017, while the Bitcoin study covers a materially shorter span beginning in 2021. The start date used for each instrument is shown next to its figures on the site. A shorter test period means a weaker result, however good the number looks. Published figures are recomputed as new data arrives and can therefore change from one day to the next.
Results are expressed in R, not in money. R is the risk taken on a single trade. A result of "plus two R" means twice the amount you chose to risk, whatever that amount was. The monetary value of one R is set by you. R figures are not profit figures and must not be read as a promise of any monetary amount. On published record pages, each trade's R is its realised result divided by the total risk in play across the accounts that participated in that trade, and the curve is normalised to the current risk level. If you change your risk amount over time, or trade several accounts at once, your own arithmetic can differ from the published figure even though both are correct.
The operator's live record is real, but it is one person, and it is unaudited. Alongside the research figures we publish the operator's own live record. It is produced the same way any member's page is: the application reads the executed fills from his broker and exchange accounts, converts each closed trade into R on his own machine, and uploads only that summary. Nothing in it is selected after the fact and no entry is edited by hand. It is nonetheless unaudited: it has not been examined by an auditor or by an independent verification service. Where we link to a statistics page hosted by a broker or a proprietary trading firm, that page is produced by that firm from its own account data; it confirms only what that firm reports about that account, and it is not an independent audit. Where a record comes from a proprietary trading firm account, the account is funded by that firm under its own rules, not by the trader, and the figures shown are that account's results, not a personal cash profit. Results are expressed in R rather than in currency, so the page shows how the trades went relative to the risk taken, not how much money was made. It is one trader, a specific set of accounts, a specific broker configuration, and a much shorter period than the research window. One live record, however honestly reported, is a small sample and is not evidence of what any other person will experience.
Separately from that record, the signals themselves are also scored automatically against market data at their reference entry and exit levels. That scored series and anyone's realised fills are related but not identical, because a real fill is rarely exactly the reference price. Measuring that difference is the purpose of the fill-gap recording described above.
Your own results will differ. Realistically, they will differ from every number on the site. The reasons include: the price at which you actually enter, which will not be the reference price; delivery timing for your tier, including the delay applied to free Preview access; your broker, exchange, fee schedule, and account currency; the number of contracts you choose to trade; the tick size and contract specification you use; whether your application was running and connected at the moment of the signal; the state of your API credentials; slippage and liquidity on the day; whether you took every trade or skipped some; the subscription fee you pay; and any rules imposed by a third-party account provider. Nothing on this site is a forecast of your results.
Recording and publishing are separate steps. If you are on the Autopilot tier and have consented to automated execution, your completed trades are synchronised to us - results in R units, together with the entry and exit fill prices - so that your dashboard, and a profile page if you publish one, can be produced. The setting labelled "Record my results" in the application does not change this. Whether a profile page is publicly visible is controlled only by a toggle in your dashboard, which you can switch off at any time. If you do publish, the page carries a display name and a handle that are taken automatically from the Telegram or Discord account you signed in with, which may be your real name. Review the Privacy Policy before you publish, and write to support@edgequant.app if you want the page, the display name, or the underlying records changed or deleted.
Published member track records are a self-selected sample. Members with poor results are under no obligation to publish, so the visible set is not representative of member outcomes and must not be read as an average or typical result.
Member reviews. Reviews on our site can be submitted only by logged-in members on a paid tier, so a review always comes from a subscriber account; we do not verify the trading results described in a review unless the reviewer has a published track record, in which case the review is linked to it automatically. A review may carry a "Verified" badge; the badge means that we manually checked the evidence attached to that review (for example a linked public track record or account statement) and found it consistent - it does not certify profits and is not an endorsement. Reviews submitted with an attachment or a link offered as proof are published only after a manual check. We do not write reviews, and we do not edit the text of a review. We may highlight individual reviews on our pages, and reviewers may be included in occasional events or reward promotions; eligibility for those does not depend on a review being favourable, and we do not pay for a particular opinion. We remove a review only if it is unlawful, off-topic, or discloses another person's data. Reviews reflect the individual experience of the person who wrote them and are not a reliable indication of the results any other member will achieve.
EQ Autopilot is a convenience tool that runs on your machine. It is not a guarantee that anything will happen at the right moment, or at all.
The application can fail to act, or act differently than intended, for reasons entirely outside our control, including: loss of internet connectivity, power failure, the computer sleeping, restarting, or being shut down, operating-system updates, the application being closed or crashing, expired, revoked, or mistyped API credentials, insufficient margin, broker or exchange API outages, maintenance windows, rate limiting or rejected orders, clock drift on your machine, symbol or contract-roll changes at your broker, and delays or gaps in market data from third-party providers.
The possible consequences include: an order that is never placed, placed late, placed twice, partially filled, filled at a price far from the reference price, or a position that is not closed when it should have been. Neither a market order nor a stop order guarantees a price.
What our server controls. Our server cannot send a command directly to your account. The signal the application follows (entry, direction, stop, size multiplier and exit time) and which functions are enabled or locked are, however, set by our server: we can enable the automation, restrict it to simulation, switch it off entirely for your installation, and restrict which broker integrations are enabled. The signal is the same for every member, and the size of an order is computed from the risk amount you set, the signal's stop distance and its size multiplier. At the session exit time set in a signal the application closes all positions and cancels all working orders in the accounts it manages, including positions you opened yourself. Where the software applies a maximum contract limit, that limit can only reduce, never increase, the quantity you have configured. We hold no discretion over your individual account. Section 12 states the only grounds on which we restrict or suspend automation for an individual account.
When we do restrict or suspend automation, the application shows its current permission state on screen, and we will inform the membership channels where practicable. Because a change takes effect from the next action the application takes, an open position may be left for you to manage manually. Check the application's status before relying on an automatic exit, and do not treat automatic exit as a substitute for supervising your own account.
Protective stops, and what you should and should not do. When automation places an entry, the application also places a protective stop order with your broker, and for some instruments it moves that stop as the trade progresses. Do not cancel it, and do not add a second stop of your own on the same position: a duplicate stop can open a position in the opposite direction once the first one fills. What you should keep active are your broker's account-level safeguards, such as automatic liquidation and maximum-loss limits. You remain responsible for verifying your positions and working orders yourself rather than assuming the software has done what you expected. If you are not in a position to supervise your own account, do not run automated execution against it.
Preview delivery. Outside promotional windows, free Preview access receives the same signal cards as the paid tiers, including NO TRADE cards, in our Preview Telegram and Discord channels 120 minutes after they are sent to the paid tiers; a card can be posted later than that, for example while another signal is being sent or after a failed attempt. Entries become visible on the website after a delay, currently targeted at 120 minutes. As a voluntary bonus outside the contract, which we can change or end at any time, they currently appear earlier in EQ Autopilot for each instrument for which you have turned on an account in the application. These are the delays we aim for. For the website and the application they are not guaranteed limits and not a guaranteed minimum; for the channel cards, the 120 minutes are a minimum outside promotional periods. In every case an outage, a data-provider failure, or maintenance can make delivery later, and during promotional periods - including the pre-launch window that ends on 13 October 2026 - we may deliver earlier, up to real time, and then return to the stated delay. Acting on a delayed signal means acting at a price that may be far from the reference price the signal was built around, which changes the risk and reward of the trade entirely. Preview is intended to let you observe and evaluate the method, for information and study, not as a tradable instruction.
Our educational material discusses how the method could be applied on an account provided by a proprietary trading firm, and EQ Autopilot includes optional settings intended for such accounts, such as stage selection and preset risk amounts per trade. Those settings are a convenience for organising your own risk. They do not check, enforce, or interpret any firm's rules, they are not tailored to your specific account, and using them is not a statement by us that automation is permitted on your account.
A prop firm account is a third-party product, governed by a separate contract between you and that firm. That firm alone sets and interprets its rules on drawdown, daily loss, consistency, permitted instruments, permitted software, permitted automation, evaluation, and payouts. Those rules can change at any time and without notice to us.
Some firms permit subscribers to run independent third-party signals automatically; some prohibit it outright. Where we have written statements from a firm, they are that firm's statements at a point in time, not a guarantee by us, and they may no longer be accurate when you read them. It is your responsibility to confirm with your own firm, in writing, what is permitted on your specific account and account stage before you connect any automation to it. Running our software on an account where it is not permitted is a breach of your agreement with that firm, and we do not support it.
EdgeQuant has no influence over any firm's evaluation, rule interpretation, account decisions, or payouts, and cannot intervene on your behalf. Evaluation fees, subscription fees, resets, failed evaluations, breached rules, closed accounts, and denied or delayed payouts are entirely your risk. EdgeQuant is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by any proprietary trading firm.
Choosing a broker or exchange is your decision. We list the platforms our software can connect to for your convenience only. Listing a platform is not a recommendation of it, and not a statement about its financial soundness, regulatory status, execution quality, or suitability for you.
Each connection is shown in the application's broker selection screen and on the web automation page with a status label where one applies: "beta" or "unverified"; a connection without a label is in live use. "Unverified" means the integration has been implemented and tested but not yet proven over an extended period of live use; "beta" means it is in live use but still under observation. The labels are maintained in one place and can change over time; the label shown at the time you connect is the one that applies. Check it before you connect an account you care about, and consider connecting a demo or testnet account of that broker first. Section 12 explains how these limitations relate to the quality we owe you.
Whether a particular broker or exchange may lawfully provide its services to you in your country of residence, including whether it holds the authorisation required under MiCA, is a matter between you and that provider. We do not introduce, refer, or recommend you to any provider and we receive nothing for listing them; you must verify their status and your own eligibility before opening an account.
We do not warrant the availability, accuracy, or conduct of any third-party broker, exchange, market-data provider, or communication platform, and we are not responsible for their outages, errors, fees, rule changes, or insolvency. Market data reaching us from third-party providers can be delayed, incomplete, or wrong, and a signal built on faulty data can itself be wrong. Signals may be corrected or withdrawn after publication.
EdgeQuant is paid by its subscribers.
As of the date of this document we have no affiliate, referral, revenue-share, introducing, or commission arrangement under which we are paid for directing you to any broker, exchange, proprietary trading firm, or other provider, and we receive no payment for naming, listing, supporting, or discussing them. Any fee rebate the operator receives on his own trading accounts relates to his own trading volume and is not connected to your account or to any signup by you. If that ever changes, we will disclose it in this document and at the point where the provider is mentioned.
One arrangement runs in the other direction, and we disclose it here. We may compensate individual partners who introduce subscribers to EdgeQuant. Where such an arrangement is in place, the partner may receive a share of what we actually receive from the subscribers attributed to them, calculated on the amount remaining after tax, payment fees and refunds. The share is a fixed percentage that does not depend on how many attributed subscribers pay. It applies to every month in which an attributed subscriber pays, for as long as the partner's agreement lasts, rather than only to the first payment, and in some cases of termination it continues for a limited period after the agreement ends, only for subscribers the partner introduced before then. Partners may also be given free access to the service, on the Partner tier, for the term of their agreement. No compensation is payable before paid subscriptions open.
We do not track signups back to a partner with links or cookies, and we do not want the personal data that would require. When you pay, the Stripe checkout page asks once where you heard about EdgeQuant, and we store only the answer you submit. If you arrive through a partner's official link, that partner is already selected there; you can keep it or choose another answer. The link only pre-selects that answer, and we keep no record of it beyond short-lived server logs. You are attributed to a partner only if you chose that partner for the subscription under which you made your first payment; if you choose any other answer, you are not attributed to any partner, and a later subscription does not change the attribution either way. Separately, if you enter a partner's member ID in the friend field and choose no partner, we may at our discretion compensate that partner for your subscription as well; assume that a partner whose member ID you enter may be compensated. A partner sees, for the members attributed to them, only lines without names or contact details (Privacy Policy, section 5.13). If you choose the person who recommended EdgeQuant to you, assume they are compensated for your subscription.
We require such partners to disclose that they are paid before recommending us. They are not our employees, they are not authorised to make statements or give guarantees on our behalf, and their compensation has no effect on the signals, which are generated automatically and are identical for everyone.
You should also be aware of one structural conflict, and we prefer to state it plainly: the operator trades the same signals in his own accounts and publishes that record, so we may hold positions in the same instruments and the same direction as members at the same time. Distribution is automated and simultaneous: the same signal is released to the operator's own execution and to all paying subscribers in the same job, at the same moment. Outside promotional windows, free Preview access is deliberately delayed as described above, which means the operator's orders, and those of paying members, are normally placed before a Preview user could act on the same signal; during a promotional window with real-time delivery, all recipients receive the signal in the same release. We do not trade ahead of the distribution of a signal, we do not take a position in anticipation of one, and we do not change or withhold a signal because of a position we hold.
We aim for accurate, timely, data-driven output. We do not warrant that everything we publish is accurate, complete, or timely, and market conditions can change so that a signal becomes invalid without notice. The service may also be unavailable for scheduled maintenance, unscheduled outages, or reasons outside our control. This does not affect your statutory rights in respect of defects in a digital product under §§ 327i ff. BGB.
Agreed characteristics of the digital product (§ 327h BGB). Before you subscribe, we disclose separately and expressly, and you confirm separately in the checkout flow, that: broker and exchange integrations marked as unverified have not yet been proven over an extended period of live use and may not function as a comparable product would; signal delivery depends on third-party market data, messaging platforms, and broker interfaces and is therefore not continuously available; and the instrument set may change when data or interfaces cease to be available. Those specific limitations form part of the agreed characteristics of the product. Your statutory rights in respect of any other defect remain unaffected.
Changes to the service (§ 327r BGB). For paid subscriptions, we may change the service beyond what is necessary to maintain conformity only where there is a valid reason: a security or regulatory requirement, a change imposed by a broker, exchange, or data provider, discontinuation of a third-party interface, or adaptation to a new technical environment. Any such change is made at no additional cost to you and is notified to you in advance in a clear and comprehensible manner. If the change materially impairs your access to or use of the service, you may terminate the contract free of charge within 30 days of the notice, or of the change if that is later, and we will refund on a pro-rata basis any fee already paid for the unused period.
Restricting automation for an individual account. Suspending or restricting the automation of an individual installation or account is limited to: a suspected malfunction or security incident; a legal or regulatory requirement; or your breach of the Terms of Service. We will inform you of the reason without undue delay and restore the function as soon as the reason ceases. Section 8 describes what you see while a restriction is in force.
No guarantee of results. We do not guarantee any result, any level of profitability, any win rate, any drawdown limit, or any performance outcome. If anyone tells you otherwise, that statement is not authorised by us and does not reflect our position; please report it to support@edgequant.app. Individually agreed terms take precedence over standard terms (§ 305b BGB).
Nothing we publish is tax or legal advice. Gains and losses from trading may be taxable where you live, and the treatment of futures, derivatives, and crypto-assets varies widely between countries. Calculating, reporting, and paying your taxes is your responsibility, and you should consult a qualified tax adviser.
The service is offered only to persons who are at least 18 years old and who have full legal capacity, and only for their own account. You must not use the service on behalf of anyone else, and you must not allow anyone else to use your access, your membership token, or the application installed under your licence.
Access to leveraged products and crypto-asset derivatives is restricted or prohibited for retail clients in some jurisdictions. It is your responsibility to check whether you may lawfully receive this service, hold the accounts involved, and trade the instruments discussed, and to comply with any local restriction, licensing requirement, or reporting duty that applies to you. If local law prohibits you from receiving or acting on this service, do not use it.
United States. Until further notice, the Autopilot tier, including trials of it, is not offered to residents of the United States; Preview and Operator are. The details, including what happens if a US billing address reaches us, are in Section 7 of the Terms.
We do not provide the service to persons or entities subject to EU or UN restrictive measures, or resident in a country subject to such measures where the provision of this service would be prohibited. We may refuse or terminate a subscription where providing the service to you would breach an applicable restriction, and we will refund the unused part of any fee paid in that case.
Our liability is governed by the following, and mandatory law is unaffected.
We are liable without limitation for damage caused intentionally or by gross negligence, for injury to life, body, or health, under the German Product Liability Act, and to the extent we have expressly given a guarantee. In the case of slight negligence we are liable only for the breach of an essential contractual obligation, meaning an obligation whose fulfilment makes proper performance of the contract possible in the first place and on whose fulfilment you may regularly rely; in that case our liability is limited to the foreseeable damage typical for this type of contract. Any further liability is excluded.
Within these limits, we are not liable for trading losses, lost profits, missed opportunities, costs of substitute services, or losses caused by third-party brokers, exchanges, proprietary trading firms, data providers, or communication platforms. The same limits apply in favour of our legal representatives, our employees, and the people we engage to perform our obligations (Erfüllungsgehilfen).
Our liability for defects in the digital product under §§ 327i ff. BGB and our liability under Article 82 GDPR remain unaffected. Nothing in this Disclaimer excludes or limits any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, and your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.
The following summarises the risks described above. It is provided for your information, it is not a confirmation by you, and it does not shift any burden of proof.
Simply reading this website does not create a contract between us. Where consent is genuinely required, it is obtained separately and individually in the checkout flow rather than through this document. In particular, where the law requires your express request that performance begin during the withdrawal period, that request is obtained separately during checkout, by an action you take yourself, and confirmed to you on a durable medium. A monthly subscription is not fully performed when it begins, so your right of withdrawal remains available; if you withdraw, you owe pro-rata compensation for the period already provided (Terms Section 12). If that request was not obtained and recorded, the full 14-day right of withdrawal applies and you owe no compensation for value.
Sections 1 to 11, 13 and 15 to 18 are information and are updated whenever the underlying facts change. The date at the top always identifies the current version, and earlier versions are available on request.
Sections 12 and 14 form part of your contract and can be changed only with your agreement. We will notify you of a proposed change at least six weeks before it is intended to take effect. If you do not agree to it, the terms you signed up under continue to apply, and you may terminate the contract free of charge with effect from the date the change would have taken effect.
The contract language is English. This Disclaimer, the Terms of Service, and the Privacy Policy are binding in their English version. Where we provide a translation, for example into German or Korean, it is offered for information; in the event of a discrepancy the English version prevails, except where mandatory consumer law in your country of residence provides otherwise.
